Reverse engineering
Reverse engineering and 3D printing for parts with no drawing.
The supplier has gone, the drawing is lost or the machine is out of production. Bring us the part. We recreate it in CAD and make you a new one, in the same material or a better one.

Why us
Keep the machine running without the original part.
A small plastic part can stop a big machine. Reverse engineering turns the part into a CAD model, so it can be made now and again whenever you need it.
- Start from the part, a broken part or a sample
- A CAD model makes future reorders simple
- Improve a weak spot while we're remaking it
- One replacement or a small batch
What you can make
What people bring us.
Obsolete machine parts
Parts the original manufacturer no longer makes or supports.
Broken parts
Recreate the shape from what's left, and strengthen where it failed.
Parts with no drawing
Turn a physical sample into a usable CAD model.
Imported spares
Make locally what's slow or expensive to import.
Legacy products
Keep older products supported with new parts.
Design improvements
Use the old part as a starting point for a better version.
Processes
How we make the new part.

Selective Laser Sintering
Strong nylon for functional replacements with complex shapes.

Tight tolerances
Precision Plastic Machining
Machined engineering plastics where fit and tolerance matter most.
- POM

FAQ
Questions we get asked.
What do you need from me?
The part or a good sample of it, what it does and the conditions it works in. If it's broken, bring all the pieces you have.
Can you match the original material?
We'll recommend the closest material from what we run, based on strength, temperature and chemical resistance. Sometimes a different material does the job better.
Do I get the CAD file?
Talk to us about this when you request a quote, so it's included in what we agree.
Can I bring the part to you?
Yes. We're in Chakan MIDC and open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.
